Activity To carry-out Design & Detailed Engineering Services for Electric Hoist for lifting pelletized FFS reels in PE3 & PP1, 2 bagging area for Borouge

Site Survey
Site survey will be conducted to familiarize PE3 & PP1/2 Silos facility & new proposed electric hoist locations for modification, location details of existing facilities that may require protection, temporary supporting, relocation demolition etc.
Civil Engineering
Hoist supporting steel structure schematic drawing for PE3 & PP1/2 Silos are to be provided at two locations as marked on Equipment layout. MRV shall provide the following but not limited to:
- To check the schematic drawings / design verification.
- Issue of Construction / Fabrication drawing complying with the codes and standards.
Electrical Engineering
MRV provide the following electrical deliverables but not limited to:
- To check the Power supply through distribution boards in the nearby HVAC rooms.
- To check the MTO and assurance of its compliance to Borouge quality standards.
- To provide the drawings related to the modification in both areas,
- Single Line Diagrams
- DB datasheet & specifications
- General arrangements drawings
- Terminations diagram
- Wiring diagrams
- Cable schedule
